How we got here
Every product we make grew out of the problem before it. We build it, we own it, and we run our own businesses on it.
It started with employer brand.
For years we helped global employers show people what it's really like to work for them. Everyone agreed employer brand mattered. Nobody could measure it.
So we measured it.
We built Vibe, a 12-criteria model of employer brand. It became Noopsly® Evaluation.
One model isn't enough.
A single AI model can be confidently wrong. So we built a quorum: several models from different providers, and the answer is what they agree on.
Then we scaled the message.
Talent Avatars® turn job descriptions into recruitment videos, and interview candidates too.
Then we needed agents we could trust.
Agents that remember, act and answer to us. So we built our own memory, Purple Hub, and our own agent platform, Noopsly® Agent.
Now it runs real businesses.
Canada's Entrepreneur and Debs & The Horse run on Noopsly® Agent in production.
And we keep going.
